The ECHO Email policy is outlined below:
The ECHO Email list is completely voluntary. Any resident who wishes to be added to or removed from the Email list may do so by emailing the
email list administrator
Email shall be sent prior to each monthly meeting with information on the agenda, and for special meeting notifications.
Email shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Email addresses are considered confidential and shall not be distributed to any third parties.
